Do you travel to my area to detail my RV? Our regular travel area is from around Titusville to West Palm Beach,on Floridas East Coast. We sometimes travel outside of these areas for an extra travel fee. When at least two units are available to detail in the same area on the same day....we can eliminate the extra travel fee. Will The Polymer Based Waxes work on MY RV? The Polymer Based Waxes will restore gloss & shine to virtually ANY fiberglass, gel-coat, plastic, painted aluminum & other painted metal surfaces. With results that last up to 10-12 months!! (Depending on your storage location & conditions) FAR SUPERIOR to traditional waxes & compounds. It is not however, intended for "Full Body Painted" units. For this application we will hand wax & buff the surface using Meguiars professional waxes. Is there anything that I need to do with my unit to prepare for your crew to do the detail job? Basically all you need to do to prepare for our arrival is to be sure all your windows & vents are closed, crank-up antenna in the up position, and personal belongings moved away from the unit. We do use some strong chemicals to clean the RV & while they are completely safe, some discoloration of clothing & other items could occur if they come in contact with our cleaners. Motorized awnings should be put out by the unit owner. Manual awnings can be extended by the crew when we arrive. Do I need to be here when your crew arrives? We usually PREFER for the customer to be present, at least when we first arrive, so that we can all walk around the unit together, to inspect for any pre-existing damage such as torn awning material, curling, cracked, or peeling decals, dry-rotted plastic such as roof vents etc. However, with your busy schedule, this is sometimes not possible. In such a case, I will take pictures of any areas of concern & send them via phone text before actually beginning work. What if your crew damages my unit while working on it? Obviously, we go to great lengths to ensure that we do not cause any damage to your unit while working. In the rare case that damage to your unit should occur, we carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy to cover any damage. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept CASH, personal checks, business checks, out of town checks, and most credit cards. Credit cards must be swiped on-site. My unit has been in storage or parked for an extended period of time. It is EXTREMELY dirty, oxidized & faded! Can you handle the job? YES!! We SPECIALIZE in this type of job!! Many customers have remarked that their unit looks better after a detailing job by Dluxmanns, than it did new!! Are you permitted to work in my storage facility or in the RV resort that I am staying in? Most storage facilities & RV resorts do not have a problem with on-site work being performed...as long as the contractor is licensed & insured, which we are. We have performed work in nearly every park along the east cost. However, there are different rules at every park or storage area. If you are in doubt...check with the owners of the park or storage facility beforehand. How long will the job take to complete? On average a typical detail job takes anywhere from 2 1/2 to 4 hours to complete with a 3 man crew. Each unit & job is different depending on the condition & size of the unit, and which detailing package you choose. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! We are here to make this an easy experience for you!!
